Terms of Service

Strictly Graded (“we,” “us,” “the platform”) is operated by Lighthouse Keeper LLC, based in Fort Collins, Colorado. Strictly Graded is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent, approved dealers selling professionally graded sports cards.

Strictly Graded is a marketplace facilitator, not the seller of record for most listings. Except for items explicitly listed under “StrictlyGraded Direct,” every card on the platform is owned, listed, and shipped by an independent third-party dealer. We are not a party to the sale contract between a buyer and a dealer for those listings — our role is to connect the two, process payment, and provide the tools that make the transaction possible.

Strictly Graded is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, or any professional sports league. References to these grading companies are solely to describe the grading standard a listed card has received.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, buy, or sell on Strictly Graded. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

When you purchase a listing, you are entering into a sale agreement directly with the dealer who listed it (or with Lighthouse Keeper LLC directly, for StrictlyGraded Direct listings). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Once a payment is completed, the corresponding listing is removed from sale to prevent duplicate purchases.

Shipping timelines, methods, and costs are set by the individual dealer fulfilling your order. We ask dealers to ship within 48 hours of a confirmed order, but Strictly Graded does not physically handle, inspect, or ship any card sold by a third-party dealer.

Dealers must apply and be approved before listing any items. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any dealer at our discretion, including for failure to ship orders promptly, misrepresenting a card's grade or condition, or violating these Terms.

Only cards professionally graded by PSA, BGS, SGC, or CGC may be listed. Raw (ungraded) cards are not permitted under any circumstances. Dealers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including grade, certification number, price, and condition of the physical card.

Strictly Graded charges a platform fee on each completed sale, currently set at 10% of the sale price. This fee is deducted automatically at the time of payment through Stripe Connect; dealers receive the remainder directly. This rate may change with notice.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Strictly Graded does not directly collect or store your full payment card details. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

If an item you receive does not match its listed grade, certification, or condition, contact us with your order number and photos of the item received. We will work with the dealer to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion. Buyer's remorse alone (simply changing your mind) is not grounds for a guaranteed refund; each case is reviewed individually.

You may not use Strictly Graded to list counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented items; to circumvent platform fees by arranging payment outside the platform after being introduced through it; to scrape, copy, or resell data from the platform; or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.

Strictly Graded is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighthouse Keeper LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between buyers and third-party dealers, except as required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
