This Privacy Policy explains how Lighthouse Keeper LLC (“we,” “us”), operating Strictly Graded, collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Account information: email address, and any name or shipping address you provide.

Transaction information: what you buy, order history, and shipping details — necessary to fulfill orders.

Payment information: we do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed directly by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy governing that data.

Dealer application information: business name, contact email, and store details, if you apply to sell.

Technical information: basic usage data collected automatically, such as pages visited, to help us understand and improve the site.

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfill orders, including sharing your shipping address with the dealer fulfilling your specific order
• Send order confirmations and account-related emails
• Operate and improve the platform
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share information only as necessary to operate the platform:

• Dealers — receive your shipping address and order details only for orders you place with them, solely to fulfill your order
• Stripe — processes all payments; see Stripe's own privacy policy for how it handles payment data
• Supabase — our database and account-authentication provider, which stores your account and order data securely on our behalf
• Resend — our email delivery provider, used to send order and account emails

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at strictlygradedcards@gmail.com. If you are a Colorado resident, you have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to opt out of certain processing.

We use essential cookies required for account login and checkout to function. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Strictly Graded is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
