DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Our policy

Strictly Graded respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from every dealer on the platform. Dealers may only upload photos and descriptions they own or have the right to use. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to proper notices of alleged copyright infringement and remove infringing content.

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on Strictly Graded infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) including:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The specific URL or listing where the infringing material appears
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

What happens next

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified content and notify the dealer who posted it. Repeat infringers may have their dealer account permanently terminated.

Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with your name and contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake. We will forward this to the original complaining party, who then has the opportunity to pursue legal action before the content may be reinstated.

Designated DMCA agent
