How It Works
How to buy graded sports cards safely.
Strictly Graded connects collectors with vetted dealers selling exclusively professionally graded cards — PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC. No raw cards, no unverified sellers.
For Collectors
Step 1
Search or browse
Find a card by player, set, grade, or grading company. Every listing on the site is professionally graded — PSA, BGS, SGC, or CGC. No raw cards, ever.
Step 2
Compare across dealers
If more than one dealer has the same card, listings are grouped together so you can compare prices in one place instead of hunting across multiple sites.
Step 3
Check out securely
Payment is handled through Stripe's secure checkout. Your card details never touch our servers directly.
Step 4
The dealer ships to you
The dealer who has the card ships it directly to your address. You'll get updates on your order status along the way.
For Dealers
Step 1
Apply
Every dealer is reviewed manually before approval — no automatic sign-ups. This is what keeps listings trustworthy for buyers.
Step 2
Sync your inventory
Once approved, your graded inventory connects to the platform so listings stay accurate without manual re-entry every time something sells.
Step 3
Ship when it sells
You're notified the moment something sells, with the buyer's shipping details, and ship it directly — you stay in control of your own fulfillment.
Step 4
Get paid automatically
Payment is split automatically at checkout — your share goes straight to your account, no manual invoicing or waiting on the platform to pay out.
Common Questions
How do I know a graded card listed here is actually authentic?+
Every listing includes the card's certification number from PSA, BGS, SGC, or CGC. You can take that number and look it up directly on the grading company's own website at any time — before or after buying — to independently confirm the grade and details match what's listed.
What's the difference between a raw card and a graded card?+
A raw card hasn't been evaluated by a third-party grading company — its condition is only what the seller says it is. A graded card has been inspected for centering, corners, edges, and surface by services like PSA, sealed in a tamper-evident holder, and assigned a numeric grade. Strictly Graded only allows graded cards specifically so buyers aren't guessing about condition.
Are the dealers on Strictly Graded vetted?+
Yes — every dealer applies and is manually reviewed before approval. There's no automatic sign-up path for sellers, which is what keeps listings trustworthy for buyers.
What happens if a card doesn't match its listed grade when it arrives?+
Contact support with your order number and photos of what arrived. Every order is covered by buyer protection, and we'll work with the dealer directly to make it right.
Who ships my order — the platform or the dealer?+
The individual dealer who has the card ships it directly to you. Shipping times vary by dealer and are shown on the listing before you buy.
